Privacy at the atelier
This policy explains how DORDO Fashion handles information submitted through dordofashion.com, including private consultation requests and appointment scheduling.
When you request a consultation, DORDO may receive your name, email address, phone number, appointment type (in person, phone, or video call), service preference, occasion or project details, timeline, silhouette preferences, design ideas, and any additional notes you choose to provide. When you continue to scheduling, the appointment date and time you choose are processed through our scheduling provider.
We use consultation information to review your request, communicate with you, understand the service you are considering, arrange and manage appointments, and provide relevant atelier guidance. Information needed to schedule your appointment may be prefilled into our booking provider so you do not need to enter the same details again. We may also use limited technical information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the website.
We may rely on service providers that help us host the website, deliver email, schedule appointments, maintain infrastructure, or protect forms from abuse. Cal.com processes booking information such as your name, email address, phone number, service selection, appointment location/type, notes when provided, and the date and time you select so it can show availability and create or manage the appointment. Cal.com may synchronize the confirmed booking with the Google Calendar connected by DORDO. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse before a consultation request can be submitted. These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services.
DORDO does not sell consultation information. We do not share the personal details submitted through the consultation form for unrelated third-party marketing. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We retain consultation information only as long as reasonably necessary for client communication, atelier records, legitimate business needs, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may contact DORDO to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
The current Atelier website may use essential browser or framework technology required for site operation and security. If additional analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy should be updated before those technologies are deployed.
